2022 Kī o Rahi ki te Ūpoko o Te Ika ā Māui

Te Awakairangi ki Te Whanganui a Tara are lucky enough to be playing kī o Rahi again in these testing times. Te Kura Matua o Wainuiomata / Wainuiomata High School, Mana College in conjunction with College Sport Wellington have the privilege of running our 4-Week competition with the crossover finals happening in Week 4, March 16th at Mana College. 

Wainuiomata is the host for the Lower Hutt/Te Awakairangi schools:

  3. Te Ara Whānui Kura Kaupapa Māori o Ngā Kōhanga Reo o Te Awakairangi

  6. St Bernard's College Blue & Sacred Heart College Pango

Mana College is the host for the Wellington schools: 

  1. Mana College (Tahi)

  2. Mana College (Rua)

  3. Wellington College & Wellington Girls College (One)

  4. Wellington College & Wellington Girls College (Two)

  5. Newlands College

  6. Rongotai College & Wellington East Girls College Combined

  7. Tawa College

As mentioned above if all goes to plan we should be playing our crossover at Mana College Wednesday 16th of March.

We are all quite guttered that both our Regional and National competition has been canceled but we are happy that we get to play Kī O Rahi over the next 4 weeks.
