Tuesday 25th September saw Wellington Secondary School Ki o Rahi regionals held at Titahi Bay, Porirua.
Awhi Edwards event co-ordinator and Mana College Mixed Coach says “It was a good day, with some great developments and growth coming from our taonga".
Ki o Rahi was played across 3 separate grades - Boys, Girls and Mixed.
Crowned Girls Champions for 2018 are Tawa College with Boys Champions being Aotea College, the Mixed Champions are Mana College with runner up going to Tawa College. Both Mana and Tawa qualify for the 2019 Ki o Rahi National Champs to be held in Hastings in April.
